Refunds
We are extremely grateful for your gift toward a coffee or any amount in exchange for the documents created by Checklist Notes and Such.
Donation gifts are normally non-refundable and can be granted in the following circumstances within 30 days of the donation date.
Please contact us in writing with the circumstance;

After approval, refunds will be returned within 30 days from the day the email is received by Checklist Notes and Such. The funds are returned in the same manner using the original method of payment in Canadian currency as of the initial donation gift.

You agree to indemnify Checklist Notes and Such and its affiliates and hold Checklist Notes and Such harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
